About Tacoma DADU
At Tacoma DADU, we are a family. Ken Rody began building homes at 23 years old. Forty plus years later, having built hundreds of homes and apartments, he is still at it – having trained his sons Matt and Mark to follow in his footsteps.
Combined, we have 85 years of experience in the home building industry. We are proud to own and build for others and for ourselves. We have built and managed our own rentals over the years and through those experiences have learned what works.
We saw the need for DADU’s in Tacoma and the surrounding South Sound region and wanted to bring our expertise to home owners that may not have all the answers.
We bring a one-stop-shop solution to building our client’s net worth and monthly income, or provide a place for a family member.
