This is our largest DADU.  It is very spacious, allowing room for entertaining.  The garage is an extra feature, but we wanted to show where we can change the washer, dryer and water heater from inside the home to out in the garage.  This allows for a pantry and more storage space.

All of our DADU’s include:

• All utility connections (typically, including a new dedicated electrical meter)
