This is our largest DADU.  It is very spacious, allowing room for entertaining.  The garage is an extra feature, but we wanted to show where we can change the washer, dryer and water heater from inside the home to out in the garage.  This allows for a pantry and more storage space.

All of our DADU’s include:

  • Though we have these plans, we do not just use set plans.  We provide a custom solution to make sure your lot is fitting what you want to what the code allows.  Meaning, we do semi-custom plans to meet the needs of your lot.
  • Architectural/Structural
  • Permits
  • All utility connections in the DADU.  Underground utility connections on the exterior are an extra charge based on the uniqueness of every lot.  This will include underground sewer, water and electric.
  • Site preparation and restoration (additional landscaping extra)
  • Foundation, construction and site supervision
  • Quartz
  • Box Plywood Cabinets with soft close hinges.
  • Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP)
  • Full LED light package
  • 4″ MDF base trim and doors, easy to replace if something is damaged.
  • Front porch or patio, depending on lot configuration.
  • 30 year composition roof
  • Hardie Lap Siding
  • Final finishes, including all paint and trim (interior and exterior)
  • Stainless steel builder’s appliance package, (this includes washer and dryer,) including install and hook-up
  • Final clean, debris haul-away and disposal
  • Furniture not included 😉
